Terms of Service

ExpressGo is business transportation-management and profitability-planning software for Owner Operators and Fleets. Over the Road Loads and Local Delivery Routes are separate operating workflows. This pre-launch preview describes the service; it is not a finalized agreement for commercial launch.

Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement and are authorized to act for your business. Protect individual account credentials, provide accurate account information, and notify your company administrator of unauthorized access.

Company administrators are responsible for inviting and managing users, assigning appropriate roles, and the information their company enters. Only upload data you have authority to use and share, including information about drivers, customers and delivery locations. Review imported and AI-extracted information before relying on it.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass company or role restrictions, interfere with the service, introduce malicious content, or use the service unlawfully. Do not upload payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information.

Owner Operator: $24.99/month plus applicable taxes; maximum 1 active Truck.

Fleet: $49.99/month plus applicable taxes; includes purchased capacity for up to 2 active Trucks.

Additional Fleet Truck capacity: $19.99/month each plus applicable taxes. Capacity is purchased explicitly; creating a Truck does not itself buy capacity.

7-day trial; no credit card required. After the trial, a subscription is required for paid changes. Without one, existing data remains readable and exportable within your role permissions; paid changes become read-only. OTR, Local Delivery, or Both are included at the same price.

The no-card trial does not automatically charge you. Starting a paid subscription is a separate checkout action. Stripe-hosted checkout shows the selected subscription and applicable taxes before payment. Purchased Fleet capacity—not the number of Truck records—determines capacity charges.

Fleet capacity upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Fleet capacity downgrades take effect at the next renewal, with no automatic mid-period refund. Applicable taxes are separate.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time; Company Admins can manage cancellation through Billing. Unless a full subscription refund is issued, paid access continues until the end of the paid period. A full subscription refund does not include continued paid access for the refunded billing period. Existing company data may remain available for read-only access and export within your role permissions.

A full refund is available when you cancel your initial paid subscription within 24 hours of the initial subscription charge. Refunds are also provided where legally required. ExpressGo may approve additional refunds when appropriate; refunds outside these rules are not promised. Contact ExpressGo support to request processing of an eligible refund. Cancellation does not automatically process a refund; processing may require ExpressGo support or administrator action.

Results are estimates based on user inputs and assumptions. Actual fuel, operating costs, taxes, fees, mileage, revenue, and profitability may differ. ExpressGo does not guarantee profit and is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or investment advice.

Recorded actuals depend on company-entered data. Analytical allocations and modeled profit are not a substitute for bookkeeping, professional advice or independently verified financial records.

Route calculations, travel times and maps are advisory, not a guarantee of legal or safe passage. Incomplete Truck dimensions or weight can limit vehicle-specific restriction checks. You remain responsible for bridge and height clearances, weight and axle restrictions, permits, hazmat requirements, temporary closures and restrictions, road signage, and dispatch or company requirements.

You retain ownership of the data and documents you provide. You authorize processing and transmission needed to operate the features you choose, as described in the Privacy Policy. ExpressGo and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and service materials; access to the service does not transfer those rights.

The service uses third parties for authentication, storage, billing, routing, maps and optional screenshot processing. Their services can be unavailable or produce incomplete results. Review their applicable terms and policies when using their services.

The service and its outputs are provided as available and may contain errors or interruptions. No uptime or uninterrupted-availability guarantee is offered in this preview. Keep appropriate copies of important business records.

Do not rely on software outputs alone for safety-critical dispatch, legal compliance or financial commitments. Verify inputs and results independently. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ExpressGo disclaims warranties that estimates or routes will be accurate, profitable, suitable for every purpose or uninterrupted. Nothing in this preview excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final liability limitations require legal review before launch.

Access may be restricted for unauthorized use, security risks, loss of company membership or subscription status. A company administrator may remove a user’s access. Subscription cancellation is separate from a data-deletion request and does not itself delete company records.

Document versions and last-updated dates identify revisions. Review updated terms before continuing to use the service. Any legally required notice or consent must be provided; this preview does not establish a retroactive change policy.
